Human Rights Violation in Myanmar: A Case Study of the Rohingya Community

Abstract

The Rohingya belong to a minority group that practices Islam, and they have faced challenges such as discrimination, violence, and human rights violations for many years. Following the Rohingya Community the Army Attacked, as well as ongoing violations, many people moved to Bangladesh to save their lives. This study analyses the causes of the crisis, its created effects on the Rohingya community, and the international community's arguments about human rights violations. This study analyzes the human rights violations and also analyzes the role of the 1982 citizenship law, and it emphasizes the importance of international human rights, and many women and children live in misery. It also calls for legal reforms, accountability, and the responsibility of international organizations to protect the human rights of the Rohingya community.
