Abstract
Akal halal is one of the basic duties of the religion because in the hadeeth Akal halal is said to be obligatory and avoiding haram food is praiseworthy. In Islamic legal theory, there are two Sources to identify the Halal and Haram which are Quran and hadeeth. Islam has taught its followers to eat and drink ‘ḥalal’ (Tayyab)For example in animals; meat of cow, bull, sheep and goat etc. are legitimizing for eating. Similarly, the meat of pig is not allowed for men. Many things are not described in Qur’an Nd Hadeeth so Mujtahdeen of different times explain it or Example, some kind of Birds, animals, Insects, etc. This article describes about ‘ḥalal’ and Haram and its usage in Qur’an Hadith and in different people of different thoughts.
